At scandivintage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the Consumer Rights Act. You can return items within 14 days from the date you received the package, without providing any reason. This also applies to vintage clothing.

Please note the following exceptions:

• If the item has been used or damaged in any way that reduces its value, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
• Clothes that have been tried on but not worn can be returned if they are in original condition and have not been washed, scented, or otherwise altered.

How to Return Items

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at scandivintage.contact@gmail.com and inform us of your intention to return an item.
• Returned items must be sent back to us within 14 days from when you received the goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have sent the wrong item.
• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, including shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Condition of the returned items: Clothes must be returned unused and in original condition. If an item is used, or missing original tags, we reserve the right to refuse a return and refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately by email at [your email address]. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on what works best for you.
